At MyBreakWorld, all sales are final. Since we sell box breaks rather than complete sealed products, we do not offer returns or refunds once a break spot has been purchased.

By purchasing a break, you agree to receive the cards assigned to your selected team, player, or random spot as determined by the break format. We ensure all breaks are conducted live and transparently, with no alterations or modifications.

Damages & Issues

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item (such as a sealed product or accessory purchased outside of a break), please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at support@mybreakworld.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Break spots (since these involve randomized pack openings).
• Opened or unsealed products (such as single cards or packs).
• Sale items & gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For sealed products (not breaks) shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Please contact support@mybreakworld.com to initiate a return.
